As an Implementation and Support Analyst, you will be a critical part of our team, helping to get clients up and running on our cloud-based software. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Working remotely with our clients to understand their unique operating needs and configuring our rater8 solution to meet those needs
  • Developing and managing client implementation plans and schedules.
  • Creating clear and compelling client communications and training materials
  • Collecting client data necessary for implementation
  • Conducting online training for clients on how to use the rater8 software
  • Managing various operational projects to support the company’s growth

For you to be a great candidate, you should be:

  • An excellent communicator – you are a great writer and comfortable speaking with all levels of employees – friendliness is a must!
  • Able to think on your feet and be a confident problem solver
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Naturally curious
  • Interested in cool software and able to easily learn new technology
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – past implementation/support experience is a plus

As a Sales Development Representative, you will report to the VP of Sales and will be a critical part of our sales team, helping to generate sales leads and move them through the pipeline.  Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying, and tenaciously generating weekly new opportunities
  • Contacting prospective clients through cold calls and emails
  • Setting up product demo calls between prospective clients and the VP of Sales
  • Accurately tracking lead generation activity and prospective customer interactions in Hubspot
  • Attending conferences with VP of Sales (or solo once you get the hang of it) to demo our product and generate leads
  • Following up with leads post-conference to convert them into sales
  • Staying up-to-date on product pricing, features and benefits
  • Achieving monthly sales goals
