As a Solutions Consultant, you will report to the VP of Marketing and will be a critical part of our team, helping to generate and convert sales leads.  Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying, and tenaciously generating weekly new opportunities
  • Contacting prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and inbound leads provided to you by our Marketing team.
  • Setting up and conducting product demos
  • Accurately tracking sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in Hubspot 
  • Attending conferences with our sales team to demo our product and generate leads
  • Following up with leads post-conference to convert them into sales
  • Staying up-to-date on product pricing, features, and benefits
  • Achieving monthly sales goals

  • College graduate and have 1-4 years of past sales experience (software sales a plus!) – this is a requirement (please note that this is an entry-level sales role)
  • Super-creative 
  • A compelling story-teller, comfortable using screen recording software

As a Sales Development Representative, you will report to the Director, National Partnerships and Sales and will be a critical part of our team, helping generate sales leads through business development outreach prospecting. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Creating short, compelling prospect outreach emails explaining rater8’s value proposition, customized to each potential client to generate product demos
  • Accurately tracking sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Working collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies
  • Creating other marketing and sales collateral to support sales efforts as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on product features, and benefits
  • Achieving monthly lead generation goals
