As a Solutions Consultant, you will report to the VP of Marketing and will be a critical part of our team, helping to generate and convert sales leads.  Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying, and tenaciously generating weekly new opportunities
  • Contacting prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and inbound leads provided to you by our Marketing team.
  • Setting up and conducting product demos
  • Accurately tracking sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in Hubspot 
  • Attending conferences with our sales team to demo our product and generate leads
  • Following up with leads post-conference to convert them into sales
  • Staying up-to-date on product pricing, features, and benefits

  • Working collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies

As a Google My Business and Support Associate, you will report to the Manager, Consulting and Professional Services and will be a critical part of our client consulting and support team, helping to get our clients’ Google My Business listings verified and optimized for search and helping to resolve general rater8 support issues. 

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Google My Business (GMB) optimization projects for our clients including: Working with clients to develop project scope and proposals, providing ongoing communication to clients about GMB project status and information needs, creating, verifying and optimizing Google listings for search to enhance our client’s visibility, troubleshooting GMB issues with clients and Google support by email, phone and Zoom
  • Creating clear and compelling client communications and training materials
  • Managing and resolving client support requests as they occur in real-time
  • Responding to client Google Reviews in a HIPAA manner, as well as routinely “posting” on practice Google listings (similar to a Facebook “post”
 

You may also participate in general Support Department work as time permits, including:

  • Evaluating and completing various client support inquiries: Subscription add-ons, deactivations, Verified Review page configuration, ad-hoc questions, configuration adjustments
  • Assisting the sales team by preparing rating scorecards for the sales consultants to use during their demonstrations with prospects. Either manually looking up online review listings to compile a scorecard or actually preparing the scorecard by running it through our review scraper
  • Preparing various data analyses; for example, using client data to prepare an analysis that illustrates a return on investment with respect to rater8
  • Preparing strategy consult documents used to provide an agenda for our account managers to follow when routinely meeting with enterprise-level accounts: Synthesize all outstanding items, summarize the current progress, and outline new features/updates for discussion

As a Senior Implementation and Support Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Consulting and Professional Services and will be a critical part of our client on-boarding team, helping to get our clients up and running on the rater8 software platform and helping to resolve various support issues.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage implementations within the new-client onboarding process. This includes: Scheduling and conducting kick-off calls, as well as delegating various set-up tasks to team members (configuring the application, creating users, uploading photos, outlining review sites, and discussing integration options between rater8 and clients’ scheduling systems).
  • Evaluate and complete various client support inquiries. Some examples of support inquiries are: Answering ad-hoc questions, making configuration adjustments, investigating client concerns by analyzing the underlying data, using SQL to create custom reports, etc.
  • Identify areas of improvement among various processes and workflows used day-to-day and assist in implementing the necessary enhancements to address the underlying issues.

As a Sales Support Associate, you will report to the Lead Hospital Solutions Consultant and will be a critical part of our sales team, helping to provide market research, targeting and sales operations assistance to support the sale of rater8’s products to hospital systems. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for: 

  • Researching and identifying hospital systems and the appropriate contacts within them to direct sales and marketing efforts 
  • Assisting in the development of a detailed analysis of prioritized hospital systems, identifying critical assessment tools, and running reports that will be used to highlight improvement opportunities and demonstrate rater8’s capabilities 
  • Accurately tracking lead generation activity and prospective customer interactions in rater8’s sales management database – HubSpot 
  • Providing support at all phases of the sales cycle, interacting with prospects as needed to supply and gather information 
  • Helping to develop sales presentations to prospective hospital systems. These demonstrations will include a combination of remote and onsite audiences and may require the Sales Support Associate to travel to onsite sales meetings with the Lead Hospital Solutions Consultant 
  • Learning rater8’s software and developing capabilities to conduct product demonstrations
