Enterprise users now have full API access to all reviews data! This means a rater8 client can get a real-time, complete download of all rater8, Google, Healthgrades, Vitals, and WebMD reviews. Practices can now create their own internal dashboards and reports, slicing and dicing reviews data any way they wish.
A new “Reviews Growth” report is now available in the Advanced Reporting module, allowing practices to effectively and seamlessly monitor their reviews as they build a perfect online image.
