The Challenge
Columbia Skin Clinic started as a small clinic and has grown to be the largest and most experienced dermatology group in the area with four office locations. However, despite winning Best Dermatology Group in the Best of Columbia Awards three years in a row, their ratings didn’t tell the same story.
The Solution

During their 30-day free trial, their main office Google listing increased from a 3.5 to a 4.4 star rating, and their Irmo location went from 3.0 to 4.2 stars. Not only did Columbia Skin Clinic’s location ratings and reviews increase, but so did their dermatologists’ individual profiles.
Within six months, their main office Google listing was up to a 4.7 star rating with 220 reviews. The total increase of reviews across all their provider and location Google My Business listings was a resounding 1,379%.
